இவ்வாறு இவர் தனது கடமையினை உதாசீனம் செய்வதனை எதிர்த்து வைத்தியர்கள் நேற்று பணிப்பகிஸ்கரிப்பில் ஈடுபட்டதைத்தொடர்ந்து பிராந்திய சுகாதார சேவைகள் பதில்பணிப்பாளர் சிவராணி வைத்தியர்களுடன் கலந்துரையாடலில் ஈடுபட்டதை தொடர்ந்து உளநல விடுதியில் இருந்து குறித்த தாதிய உத்தியோகத்தரை வேறு பிரிவுக்கு தற்காலிகமாக இடமாற்றப்பட்டதுடன், அவர் மீதான விசாரணைகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் என தெரிவித்ததைத் தொடர்நது வைத்தியர்களின் பணிப்பகிஷ்கரிப்பு முடிவுக்கு வந்தது.

It is the weakness of the powerless administration.The particular staff may have through the back door.In addition in case if ´he has the political background,he may be the mighty one inside the hospital .He or she doesn't care about the higher authorities.This is happening inside the government institutions,because we have the bitter experiences.The higher authorities are voiceless and frightened.The administration is to be handled together with the help of police.The trade unions should not support a staff who violates the law of the administration.
Once his inquiry is finished if they found that he is guilty he needs a severe punishment,suspension and a transfer to a very corner of the island.let it be a lesson for the other swollen headed guys.
Once you take the appointment as an administrator,do that job efficiently
if not give that job to an efficient person and go away.A private sector can easily teach you about discipline and administration.
This is the good chance to teach some other rotten guys too,who behave in a peculiar way while on duty.
