கடந்த சில வருடங்களாக கடும் கோபத்துடன் மாணவர்கள் தண்டிக்கப்பட்ட நிகழ்வுகள் பல பதிவாகியுள்ளன என்றும், அவ்வாறு மாணவர்களைத் துன்புறுத்தலுக்குள்ளாக்கிய ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும், அதிபர்களுக்கும் சட்ட ரீதியாக சரியான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்காமையினாலேயே தொடர்ந்தும் இவ்வாறான விடயங்கள் நடைபெறுகின்றன என ஆசிரியச் சங்கம் குறிப்பிடுகின்றது.
பெரும்பாலும் மாணவர்கள் மிக மோசமான முறையில் தண்டிக்கப்படுவதற்குக் காரணம் அரசியலாளர்களினதும், தனவந்தர்களினதும் பலம் தன்பக்கம் இருக்கின்றமையினாலேயே என்றும், இதனால் மாணவர்கள் பல்வேறு உளவியல் ரீதியான பிரச்சினைகளுக்கு முகங்கொடுக்கின்றனர் எனவும் ஆசிரியச் சங்கம் மேலும் குறிப்பிடுகின்றது.
ஆசிரியர்கள் தங்கள் சீற்றத்தை மாணவர்களுக்குக் காட்டி அவர்களைப் பல்வேறு உபாதைகளுக்கு உட்படுத்தி அவர்கள் காயப்பட்டால் அல்லது நீதியற்றமுறையில் மாணவர்களுடன் நடந்துகொண்டால் அந்த மாணவ மாணவியர் சட்ட ரீதியாக செல்லும் எந்தவொரு நடவடிக்கைக்கும் தமது சங்கம் பூரண ஒத்துழைப்பு நல்கும் என்றும் தெளிவுறுத்தியுள்ளனர்.
மாணவர்கள் மனிதாபிமானமற்ற முறையில் தாக்குதல்களுக்கு உள்ளாக்கப்படுவதை தங்கள் சங்கம் பெரிதும் எதிர்த்து நிற்பதாகவும் சங்கத்தின் செயலாளர் நாயகம் ஜோசப் ஸ்டாலின் மேலும் குறிப்பிட்டார்.

It is too late but it is a wonderful idea to punish the teachers with "spilit minded" personalties.The past bitter experiences are really sorrowful.Some of the teachers even heads were behaving like champions on the boxing or wrestling rings.They really don´t know why they were hitting the poor children.Once they finished the job they behaved like heroes.Children may be coming to school with many many difficulties just like,broken families,starving families,drunken father,even some children haven`t got enough clothes to change.These children always behave in a depressive way.But some of the hero teachers behave in piggish way with the children.i write this with my own sorrowful experiences ,which made me to leave the school without continuing my higher studies.I welcome the best decision these kind of spilit personlities should go for psychological treatments or to Mulleriya or Angoda.These are the suitable places for them to live for ever and ever.Hope and pray this decision must come to effectiveness at the earliest
ReplyDeleteTeachers before they go for the selection board psycholgists must do proper tests whether they are fit to serve as teachers.We will put aside their qualification but their mental balance is very important to serve as teachers.Boxers,wrestlers,spilit minded personalities are NOT suitable to serve as teachers.
ReplyDeleteDepression is a serious sickness.The atmosphere at home as well as in the schools are the cause for the depression.The parents may be not knowing this owing to lack of knowledge or intelligence.But the teachers learn child psychology as a subject at the training colleges.It is funny to hear what kind of psychology they learn at the training colleges.The behaviour of the some the teachers will make the children,depressive,
