பௌத்தர்கள் வெசாக் பண்டிகை கொண்டாடும் வேளையில் பௌத்த பிக்கு தனக்கு தானே தீ வைத்த சம்பவம் கண்டியில்!
கௌதம புத்தரின் பிறப்பு, ஞானம்பெறும் மற்றும் பரிநிர்வாணம் அடைதலை குறிக்கும் வெசாக் பண்டிகை உலகெங்கிலுமுள்ள பௌத்தர்கள் இன்றைய தினம் கொண்டாடும் இவ்வேளையில் அருகில் பௌத்த பிக்கு ஒருவர் கண்டி புனித தலதா மாளிகைக்கு அருகில் தனக்கு தானே தீ வைத்துக் கொண்டுள்ளார்.
மிருகவதை, மாடுகளை கொலைக செய்வதற்கு எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்தே குறித்த பிக்கு தனக்கு தானே பெற்றோல் ஊற்றி தீ வைத்துக் கொண்டுள்ளார் என தெரிவிக்கப்படுகின்றது. குறித்த பௌத்த பிக்கு கண்டி வைத்தியசாலையில் சிகிச்சைக்காக அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

We do respect the Rev .Bhikku as a great saint that we have seen in the present century.Violence against the
poor animals,slaughtering the cattles
butchering the poor goats sheeps and the poultry farming for the purposes killing the birds for flesh are really sorrowful and very painful in our lives.For experimental purposes rats cats guinea pigs and frogs are being killed inside the university laboratories.What a pathetic and sorrowful stories.We beleive that God is not working hard to soften our hearts,that are responsive for His leading .In God`s name I ask the loving God to help us tender hearted and sensitve.May the Great
Buddhist priest remain in our hearts for ever and ever.

One who never kills a living being,one who never accepts meat or flesh will be added in prayers by all the living beings.
The respected Buddhist monk ,who burnt himself for the sake of the living beings is the most remarkable and precious person in the present century.He is a great example for the Godly people.Hats off for the great saint.
There are some exceptional cases,they really lead a saintly life.They are truly sainted.Why not this particular remarkable Rev.Bhukku belongs to that catergory.
A Buddhist monk,who really wanted to sacrifice his precious life on behalf of the inncoent animals.
deserving praise,commendable.We raise our hats for a respected salute.
Human kills another one under many circumstances,hatred,revenge,sudden provocation,jelousy etc etc but human kills an innocent animal is something silly and ridiculous.However the Buddhist monk is great.
