டக்ளஸ் முன்னுக்கு பின்முரணான கருத்துக்குளை கூறி மக்களை ஏமாற்ற முயற்சியா?

எதிர்வரும் ஜனாதிபதித் தேர்தலில் டக்ளஸ் தலைமையிலான ஈபிடிபி ஜனாதிபதி மஹிந்தவிற்கு நிபந்தனைகளற்ற ஆதரவினை வழங்க முன்வந்துள்ளதாகவும் அதை அவர் ஊடகங்களுக்கு தெரியப்படுத்தியுள்ளதாகவும் இலங்கை அரசின் உத்தியோக பூர்வ இணையத்தளம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. .

அதே நேரம் இலங்கையிலிருந்து வெளிவரும் வீரகேசரி எனும் நாளாந்த தமிழேட்டின் இணையச் சேவைக்கு கருத்து தெரிவித்துள்ள டக்ளஸ் தேவானந்தா தான் அரசிடம் கோரிக்கைகளை முன்வைத்துள்ளதாகவும் அக்கோரிக்கைகள் பலவற்றை ஜனாதிபதி ஏற்றுக்கொண்டுள்ளதாகவும் தெரிவித்துள்ளதுடன் அக்கோரிக்கைகளை ஏற்று தமிழ் மக்கள் ஜனாதிபதிக்கு வாக்களிக்கும் பட்சத்தில் அவற்றிற்கு தாம் பொறுப்பு எனவும் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

இலங்கை அரசின் உத்தியோக பூர்வ இணையத்தளம், டக்ளஸ் நிபந்தனைகள் அற்ற ஆதரவினை புரிய முன்வந்துள்ளதாக தெரிவித்துள்ள நிலையில், தமிழ் மக்களால் இலங்கையில் அதிகம் நம்பப்படுகின்ற தமிழ் ஊடகம் ஒன்றில் தோன்றி தான் கோரிக்கைகளின் அடிப்படையிலேயே ஜனாதிபதி மஹிந்தவை ஆதரிக்க விரும்புவதாக டக்ளஸ் கூறியிருப்பதன் பின்னணி பலத்த சந்தேகங்களை எழுப்புகின்றது. அவ்வாறாயின் இலங்கை அரசின் உத்தியோக பூர்வ இணையத்தளத்தில் வெளியாகியுள்ள செய்தி உண்மைக்கு புறம்பானதா என்ற விடயத்தை அரச தரப்பு அல்லது ஈபிடிபி வட்டாரங்கள் மக்களுக்கு தெளிவு படுத்தவேண்டும் என பலரும் எதிர்பார்கின்றனர்.

EPDP offers unconditional support to President

The EPDP of Minister,Douglas Devananda will support President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the forthcoming polls. This decision was disclosed to the media by Minister Douglas Dewananda, General Secretary of the EPDP.

He said the EPDP has now confirmed their support to the President at the upcoming polls. He said it was the President who initiated action to develop the Northern Province and improve the living standards of the northern population.

He referred to the valuable service provided by the President to the Tamil community while eradicating terrorism. They will not ask anything from the President. He assured unconditional support to the President.
